STORMWATER OVERHAULS

Overhauls and repairs of storm water ponds are needed periodically as well to maintain ponds to TCEQ and city levels, whether your detention pond has been neglected for years or has had monthly maintenance. Some of the repairs needed in overhauls jobs to bring your pond(s) back to their original specifications include:

• Removal of built-up sediment, soil and debris from splitter boxes
• Cleaning of detention pond in a manner that will exceed all TCEQ and city regulations
• Scrape and remove all residue from the top of the sand portion of the pond(s)
• Removal of all vegetation and silt build up from sand bed
• Removal of berm and repair of any erosion at splitter box outfall that causes standing water
• Build rip rap landing at outfall of splitter box so that further erosion is prevented
• Run auger through all lateral lines and risers to insure that water is free flowing
• Cleaning of gabion walls so that water can flow freely
• Remove geo-textile from gabion wall (if applicable) 
• Cleaning of all trickle channels related to the pond system
• Berm remediation 
• Repair any grade issues in pond basin

STORMWATER MAINTENANCE 

Our maintenance program is second to none. On a monthly basis we will keep your pond up to code by completing the following:

• Cleaning entire sand & basin area to keep it vegetation free
• cleaning detention pond area to keep it free from vegetation, bottles, can, and other trash
• Monitoring vegetation growth in basin area and keeping it below TCEQ and city regulations
• Cleaning all trickle channels related to the pond area
• Cleaning gabion wall so that water can flow freely
• Steam clean splitter boxes as needed for control of algae (if applicalbe.)
• Mowing the overflow area so that it is within TCEQ and city spefications
• Cleaning all trash and debris from the inlet culverts that are adjacent to the structures. 

Monthly service is necceary so keep pond compliance.

PORTER SERVICE/ SWEEPING

Regular and periodic scheduled services are done after business hours and include:

• Picking up all trash in landscape areas
• Emptying all trash cans and ash trays and replacing trash liners at each visit and sand as needed
• Picking up trash in the back of centers (except large items such as beds, ice boxes, etc. If removal of larger items is needed, prior approval is required)
• Cleaning around all dumpster areas at each visit for normal trash
• Blowing all sidewalks and picking up of any debris

PRESSURE WASHING

High pressure and and high temp pressure washing of sidewalks, parking lots, trash enclosures, concrete walls, and store fronts that removall all froms of stains and trash.
